eBooks
06 January 2010
There is lot of excitement in book publishing circles about eBooks. Industry analysts are predicting that consumers will get into eBooks in a large way. MediaIDEAS forecast that global sales of eReaders will reach 446 million units by 2020. This is up from 1.1 million units sold in 2008.
Put simply, book publishers and book printers want to be able to publish eBooks. And this is where we fit in.
We've been working with some of the world's largest book publishers for a number of years including providing repro services for their covers and scanning services. We've now extended our offering to provide eBook conversion services. Book printers and publishers can now make their books available to be read on all eReaders including Kindle, nook and Sony eReaders.
We've converted over 100 books in December alone after working on a joint project with Clays, the UK's largest book printer.
